The drum-tec diabolo 3 Series introduces advanced trigger technology for Snare and Tom Pads, guaranteeing highly accurate stroke detection in both the Center and Rim areas. The Bass Drum delivers an authentic playing experience and rebound, suitable for both single and double pedal setups. Crafted with high-quality birch wood shells and a glossy lacquer finish, the drum kit exudes an attractive appearance, while its compact design offers efficient space-saving setup options.

The set is complemented by our compact and versatile diabolo Cable Tube Rack with internal cable routing for tidy wiring. The EFNOTE EFD-5 sound module offers 98 multi-layer stereo sounds with 17 preset kits and 83 user kits. The EFNOTE 3-zone E-Cymbals with Bow, Edge, and Cup provide a natural swinging behavior and are playable in 360°. The 14" Hi-Hat with Multitrigger sensors ensures fine sampling rates and extremely precise playing behavior, opening up a wide range of creative expression possibilities.

Snare Pad and Tom Pads with multi sensor trigger technology

The Snare Pad and Tom Pads of the diabolo 3 series are equipped with a new trigger system, consisting of three head sensors and a rim sensor. This trigger system, ready for positional sensing, authentically transmits the strikes played between the center and rim to the module.

A corresponding drum module can finely tune and produce different tones that vary depending on the strike position, just like acoustic drums, making your playing distinctive.

The three head sensors of the drum-tec diabolo 3 series are positioned in the center of the shell. Their arrangement and wiring eliminate the occurrence of a center hotspot. This means you can play without any concerns, without the need to maneuver around the hotspot. Focus entirely on your playing and unleash your full potential without limitations.

Thanks to the sophisticated suspension of the trigger system and an integrated rim trigger below the cushions, the rim components of your playing on the pads are also captured ideally.

Bass Drum Pad for Solid Punch - even with Double Pedal

Experience an authentic rebound with powerful punch using our globally renowned "real feel" Kick Drum Trigger/Damping system. The beater submerges into the pad just like with an acoustic drumhead, and you can truly feel it!

The sensor's precise fine-tuning ensures equal recognition of strikes from both the left and right beaters when using a double pedal. The EFNOTE EFD-5 offers you 17 outstanding and impressive acoustic drum kits right out of the box. Additionally, you have 98 editable multi-layer stereo sounds available for another 83 user kits. Thanks to its exceptionally low latency and wide dynamic range, the module provides perfect responsiveness.

The compact sound module with a sturdy metal casing is operated through the graphical interface of its touch screen display and a rotary knob. Even inexperienced users can quickly access all functions and settings through the clearly structured menu. You can tune, dampen, and shape the sounds to your liking. With its virtual mixer, you can individually adjust the volume of instruments and route them to outputs as desired.

The EFD-5 features a built-in recorder allowing you to record up to 15 tracks. The metronome and rhythm box are ideal for practice sessions. You can also stream songs and play-alongs into the module via Bluetooth or the 3.5mm audio input. With its USB audio interface and eight digital outputs, it's perfect for recording purposes.

For live performances on stage, there are two analog outputs available as an alternative to connect to the mixing console. The EFD-5 is a puristic module suitable for studio, stage, and educational purposes. Its connectivity options also allow expansion of your diabolo 3 set. The module is designed for kick, snare with head, rim, and side-rim, hi-hat with edge and bow, 4 toms with head and rim, 3 cymbals with edge, bow, and cup, as well as an additional cymbal with edge and bow.

The E-cymbals by EFNOTE are of premium quality. In this diabolo 3 setup with EFNOTE EFD-5 E-Drum Module, you receive the 14" hi-hat with an optical sensor, a 14" 3-zone cymbal as a crash, and a 16" 3-zone pad as a ride cymbal.

The pads feature finely engraved and robust grey rubber surfaces, ensuring an excellent playing experience while adding an aesthetic touch. The cymbals with 3 trigger zones for edge, bow, and cup can be played and choked across the entire surface in a 360° range. They impress with their wide dynamic range and sensitive touch response.

The Japanese manufacturer offers a practical range of 3-zone cymbals in sizes of 12", 14", 16", 18", along with a 2-zone splash cymbal in 8". The EFNote module provides connectivity options for additional splash, crash, china, FX, or ride cymbal pads from EFNote, Roland, and ATV.
