- We will review your offer and contact you promptly via email.
- Send the used items to us at your own expense.
- Before shipping, please clean your items and ensure everything is complete.
- We will test your items according to our Trade-In standards. If Mesh Heads are excessively worn, we may need to replace them. It may also be necessary to add missing accessories such as power supplies or, if required, perform repairs. All of this may affect your purchase amount, and we will inform you before completing the purchase.
- Afterward, we will send you a message with a preliminary invoice for your new items.
- Once you agree to everything, your purchased e-drum components can be shipped to you after we receive the payment.

With drum-tec! You can use the form at our Trade In page to find out the purchase price at drum-tec. Then you can choose the new E-Drum equipment you would like to buy in Trade In exchange and send an inquiry. Afterwards we will send you an offer and get in contact with you. It couldn't be easier and less stressful.
How does the E-Drum trade-in work?
We offer you a price for your E-Drums, your module or your pads. You choose new equipment in the trade-in section. The price of the new equipment must be at least as high as the price we offer for your old E-Drum. You get new E-Drum Gear, we are happy about your old one and offer it to E-Drummers all over the world as used electronic drum equipment.
Is E-Drum exchange old for new sustainable?
Absolutely. Your no longer needed E-Drum gets a second life after our technical check and you make another E-Drummer happy. In addition, you save resources and the environment with your trade-in.
What is the drum-tec Trade In?
In the drum-tec Trade In you can offer us your used electronic drums. We offer a good price for your module, your E-Drum pads and your E-Drum cymbals. The precondition is that you buy new E-Drums or used electronic drums, pads or modules from drum-tec in connection with the sale for at least the price we offer for your gear.

What warranty does drum-tec give on E-Drums purchased in the Trade In?
At drum-tec we offer a 3 year warranty on all new items and on b-stock electronic drums and modules, hardware and E-Drum parts. And then there is the special five-year warranty for the shells and pads of the drum-tec pro series. For used goods we give 1 year warranty.
