3 year warranty

Hey, congratulations on your e-drum journey so far! You're probably here to find out the following: Buying from drum-tec is safe.
We completely understand! If you've already shopped with us, you know there’s no need to worry.
On the other hand, there's always a small residual risk with any purchase. After all, in rare cases, a new product can be defective.
That's why it's especially important how such an exceptional case is handled: We want you to be covered!
For this reason, we gladly take on part of this risk by extending the manufacturer’s warranty to 36 months!

3-Year Extended drum-tec Warranty

drum-tec (M&M Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG) extends the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12 or 24 months) to a full 36 months for any defects arising after the transfer of risk that can be proven to result from material or manufacturing faults.
The right to claim warranty services is reserved exclusively for customers who are consumers and is non-transferable.

This 3-year warranty excludes used equipment and wear-and-tear items. Additionally, it does not cover defects resulting from: a) failure to follow operating instructions, b) improper use, c) insufficient maintenance or care, d) use of accessories, supplementary, or replacement parts that are not original parts, or e) improper modifications or additions to the product. Shipping costs for the 3rd year are borne by the consumer.

What happens if you make a claim under this warranty:
If we determine that defects covered by this warranty have occurred, we will decide whether to repair the product at our expense or provide you with a flawless replacement product (which may be a successor model). Replaced parts and products become the property of drum-tec.

In case of an unjustified complaint, we are authorized to reclaim the transport costs from the customer.

How to make a claim under this warranty:
To assert a warranty claim, it must a) be made within the warranty period, and b) the affected product must be returned to drum-tec along with a copy of the invoice. (Please make sure to use the address provided below!)

No other claims besides the right to remedy defects on the product as specified in these warranty conditions are established by this warranty. The provision of warranty services does not extend or restart the warranty period for the product. Customers’ statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by these warranty conditions.
