The eDrumPads Digital Cowbell adds a compact additional trigger zone to your electronic drum kit or hybrid setup. The pad is suitable for cowbell sounds as well as claves, percussion, effects or samples that you want to give their own dedicated place in your setup. It connects to an available trigger input on your drum module using a standard trigger cable. The passive analog circuit requires neither a separate power supply nor a USB connection.

Who is the eDrumPads Digital Cowbell for?

The Digital Cowbell is designed for electronic and hybrid drummers who want to add another sound to their setup without having to accommodate a large pad. The single trigger zone lets you assign a cowbell, percussion, effect or sample sound to its own dedicated playing surface.

Compatibility and requirements

• Connection requires an available trigger input on the drum module and a 1/4" trigger cable.
• Both a mono cable and a stereo TRS cable can be used; the single trigger zone transmits its signal via the tip.
• According to the manufacturer, the Digital Cowbell is compatible with nearly all common drum modules.
• With most modules, only adjustments to suit your playing style and preferred trigger response should be required.

Functions and benefits

• The single trigger zone can be assigned to a cowbell, percussion, effect or sample sound of your choice on the drum module.
• Specially tuned signal conditioning supports a reliable trigger signal for the connected drum module.
• The compact housing takes up very little space in an electronic drum or hybrid setup.
• The mounting bracket can be adjusted in angle, allowing you to adapt the playing position.
• Because the trigger technology is passive, the pad requires neither its own power supply nor a USB connection.
